This book, along with many other phenomenal young adult novels, has inspired me to create two new personal goals: read at least 20 Newbery Medal books in 2010 and write a children's book by 2020 (realistic goals? I hope so...).
After Methods class on Tuesday, I was thinking of setting a similar goal for myself. Any suggestions on your favorites? Or maybe I'll just raid the library... :)
