My girl BR is hardcore about working out. Like obsessed. Wish I possessed an ounce of her motivation and dedication. She is super active- skiing, running, lifting and handstanding are a few of her favorite pasttimes. Her and her man are doing this crossfit plan (sorry boys, she is spoken for).
